My stay at Kordon Hotel Cankaya was disappointing due to several issues. The Wi-Fi was atrocious, making it almost impossible to stay connected. the customer service was a nightmare. no one spoke English, and any attempt to clarify issues just led to shouting in Turkish, which was utterly frustrating.

The location is quite peaceful, allowing for relaxed evenings, though the room size was a tad compact. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making our check-in smooth. The breakfast had great variety, although the pool closed a bit early for evening enjoyment.

This place suits me perfectly, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and helpful staff. I still remember how they offered me a cold drink during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the breakfast—it's worth it! I'm coming back for a holiday.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and super clean. I loved the fresh smell and nice view from the windows. Beds were comfy, which made sleeping really nice. it was frustrating that the room didn’t follow our request for a separate bed setup and lacked some amenities that we expected. Plus, the TV had no decent English channels, which was a bummer.
